Lights on, blinds set, gimbal moves shot in listing order. I stage ahead of the camera and put everything back. Occupied homes are normal here.

Exterior and air
Ground exteriors, then the drone for lot lines, roof condition, and the approach. Flown under Part 107 with the airspace checked, not assumed.

Twilight set, if it's booked
Twenty usable minutes. Every interior light on, curtains open. This is the frame that ends up as the MLS cover photo.

St. Charles, O'Fallon, St. Peters, Wentzville, Lake Saint Louis, Cottleville, Dardenne Prairie, Weldon Spring, and Defiance are all inside the base rate. Chesterfield, Clayton, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, and the rest of St. Louis County add a flat travel line, quoted upfront.
